The Milemarker Podcasting Network
Host your own podcast network. Not just one show.
The short answer
The Milemarker Podcasting Network is where wealth management firms host a show for every advisor, team, or office — separate feeds, one production pipeline, run by Milemarker Studio.
It is a working network, not a proposal — it already carries shows for Orion, LifeYield, DPL Financial Partners, Skience, Vestia, Mammoth and Stokes Family Office, each produced end to end here: booking, recording, edit, artwork, and distribution. Most podcast agencies price and staff around a single show, so a firm with twenty advisors ends up with twenty engagements, twenty review chains, and twenty invoices. We are built the other way around: the firm is the unit, the network is the product, and adding an advisor is a roster change rather than a new contract.
What “network” actually means here
Six things change when a firm runs shows as a network instead of as a pile of individual podcast projects.
- One show per advisor, one pipeline
- Every advisor can carry their own feed, artwork, and audience. Production, publishing, and reporting stay centralised, so show number fifteen costs the firm no more coordination than show number two.
- Feeds your firm owns
- Shows publish under your brand into accounts your firm controls on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. The archive is an asset on your balance sheet, not on a vendor's.
- One compliance queue for the whole network
- Episode, article, clips, and graphics arrive for review together and get approved in a single pass. Reviewers work one queue no matter how many shows are running.
- Shared templates, distinct voices
- Intros, outros, artwork systems, and episode structure come from one firm-level template so the network reads as one brand — while the writing in every asset keeps the individual advisor's voice.
- Cross-promotion between shows
- Advisors appear on each other's episodes, and audiences move across the network. A new show launches into an existing audience instead of starting from zero.
- Firm-level reporting
- Downloads, watch time, reach, and engagement roll up across every show, and break down per advisor — so you can see which advisors are compounding and which need a nudge.
Why single-show production breaks at firm scale
Nothing is wrong with a one-show agency when you have one show. The model stops working the moment the firm wants many.
| As you add advisors | Per-show production | A Studio network |
|---|---|---|
| Contracting | A new engagement per show | One firm agreement, advisors added to the roster |
| Compliance review | A separate chain per advisor | One queue for every show and asset |
| Brand consistency | Drifts show to show | One template system across the network |
| Cost per asset | Roughly flat — scales with headcount | Falls as shared production absorbs the fixed work |
| Reporting | Per-show dashboards to reconcile | Rolls up firm-wide, breaks down per advisor |
| Launching show #12 | Starts from zero audience | Launches into the network's existing audience |

Podcast network questions
The questions firms ask before they commit to running more than one show.
- What is the Milemarker Podcasting Network?
- The Milemarker Podcasting Network is Milemarker Studio's home for financial services shows — a set of separate podcasts, usually one per advisor, team, or office, that are produced, published, and measured under a single firm-level program. Each advisor gets their own feed, artwork, and audience, while the firm keeps one production pipeline, one compliance workflow, and one set of analytics across every show. Member shows also cross-promote and share guest sourcing.
- Can Milemarker Studio host more than one podcast for our firm?
- Yes. The Milemarker Podcasting Network exists specifically to host multiple shows under one firm. There is no per-show contract to renegotiate and no separate onboarding for each advisor — you add a show the same way you add an advisor to the roster, and it inherits the firm's existing production cadence, templates, review chain, and reporting.
- Does every advisor need their own show, or can they share one?
- Both work, and most firms run a mix. A flagship firm show carries the brand and the market-level point of view, while individual advisors get their own shows when they have a distinct niche — retirement income, business owners, physicians, a specific region. Advisors who publish less often appear as recurring guests on the flagship instead of carrying a feed of their own.
- Who owns the podcast feeds and the content?
- Your firm does. The shows are published under your firm's brand, on feeds your firm owns, into your firm's accounts on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. If an advisor leaves, or the firm changes production partners, the feed and the archive stay with you.
- How does compliance work across a whole network of shows?
- Every episode and every derived asset moves through one review queue rather than a per-advisor email chain. Reviewers see the episode, the article, the social posts, and the graphics together, approve or request changes in one pass, and the approval is recorded against the asset. That means a firm running fifteen shows reviews content in one place instead of fifteen.
- How many advisors does a firm need before a network makes sense?
- The economics usually turn around five to ten publishing advisors. Below that, a single firm show plus guest appearances is generally the better use of budget. Above that, shared production is what keeps cost per asset from scaling linearly with headcount — the fixed work of setup, templates, distribution, and reporting is done once for the whole network.
- What does a firm actually have to staff internally?
- One coordinator, part-time. Milemarker Studio handles topic planning, guest coordination, recording, editing, publishing, and repurposing. The firm supplies advisors for a 45-minute conversation each cycle and someone to sign off on compliance review.
